Many teachers and school staff have told me stories about their worries leaving teaching. They often say they feel trapped and apprehensive about the future, as they assume the job market is so poor that they’ll end up doing a job that gives them little challenge and significantly less money – even if it does reduce their stress levels and give them some of their lives back.
This is not the case for many of those who have jumped ship.
In the following blog posts, I will be telling you about my own story and will be asking others to share theirs too which I hope you will find interesting and inspiring. What about you- what’s your story?
